If you’ve been in the Grand at Florence clubhouse recently, you may have noticed that we currently have our very own Snapchat geofilter! If you haven’t already, be sure to make your way over some time this month to take some snaps with our geofilter. Snapchat is one of the most popular photo and video sharing platforms and it is a great way to interact with friends and family. Perhaps you aren’t entirely familiar with Snapchat. Have no fear, it is an easy app to learn how to use!

To get started, all you’ll have to do is download the free Snapchat application on your smartphone, make an account, and add friends from your contact list. After that, you’ll be ready to send out fun and exciting snaps to your friends. While sending out these pictures and videos is a great time, Snapchat has so much more to offer from the widely popular filters. To access the different types of filters, you simply swipe right on your picture or video.

When you swipe right, you’ll find different types of filters that can make your snaps black and white, show the time, show the temperature, and other features. However, a fan favorite snap filter is the geofilter.

Geofilters are a colorful and interactive way to show your friends where you are and what you are up to. They are location-based and can be found in many towns and cities as well as certain businesses, restaurants, college campuses, sporting events, etc. A lot of the time the filters are fun and original designs. Geofilters are the perfect way to add some character to your best selfies, pictures, and videos! At Grand at Florence, we are lucky to have our own!

The next time you stop by the clubhouse, remember to swipe right and use our geofilter! We hope that you have a great time getting creative with the Grand at Florence geofilter throughout the month! Whenever you have company over, you can show off that your apartment complex has its very own filter and they will most definitely be impressed!
